The Knox School is located in Saint James, Long Island, New York on 39 acres of beautiful vistas on a historical waterfront campus bordering Stony Brook Harbor. Campus is just 50 minutes from Manhattan via the Long Island Railroad and is easily accessible from international destinations via the John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport. Things to do in the area include local beaches and parks, trips to New York City, local shopping malls, restaurants, movie theaters, and other entertainment such as mini-golf, laser-tag, bowling, and trampoline facilities. Knox offers an academic curriculum that exposes students to a wide array of visual, theatre, and musical arts by taking classes that specialize in acting, stagecraft, ceramics, digital film and studio arts. Through Knox's STEM program, students are exposed to hands-on, engaging classes including Robotics, Engineering, Computer Assisted Design, Research, Coding and more.
